For years, ourselves and our friends have been a bunch of foodies – what group of young guys these days aren’t? But we’ve always had an interest in food which goes much further beyond the ‘stuffing your face with as much as possible’ approach (which we still do occasionally).
We, (Scott McFadyen, 22 and Stephen Taylor, 22) have an appetite for quality as well as the odd mega-burger-binge. Having eaten in 90% of Glasgow’s restaurants, we aim to convey our views on where’s best to eat and what’s best to eat, in Scotland and indeed wherever our travels may take us!
We will endeavour to share our own recipes along the way, which we hope you will enjoy.
